Concept
  • Discuss initial ideas for event design.
  • Provide written proposals with a choice of initial design concepts and costs.
  • If required, provide Event Specialist to present ideas to your client.
Design
  • Provide comprehensive designs and technical plans.
  • Manage design budget.
  • Work directly with Event Manager and liaise with Technical Team.
  • Draw on extensive knowledge of suppliers and techniques.
  • Ensure all materials and suppliers meet health and safety requirements and provide method statements and risk assessments where required.
Installation
  • Co-ordinate with Event Manager, provide and manage design schedule for installation and de-rig.
  • Liaise with Event Manager and fully brief Design Team – construction, drapes, rigging, set dressers, florists – prior and during installation.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and professional manner.
  • Guarantee all deadlines are met.
